Ingredients
  

  • 5 cups tomatoes peeled
  • ¾ cup Spanish onion chopped 
  • ¾ cup green pepper chopped 
  • ½ cup red pepper chopped 
  • 1 hot banana pepper chopped 
  • 3 hot chili peppers   chopped 
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 can tomato paste             
  • ½ cup white vinegar         
  • 2 tbsp sugar                 
  • 2 tbsp lime juice                
  • ½ tsp pickling salt            
  • 1 tsp paprika                       
  • 1 tsp oregano

Instructions
 

  • Chop everything and add to a large saucepan over high heat.       
  • Bring to a boil.
  • Turn heat to low and simmer until thick (around 30 minutes).
  • Let cool and put into jars with lid.
  • If possible wait a few hours after cooling for flavors to perculate.
  • Store in the fridge and serve cold. Sterilize if desired.
