  • ½ cup spinach
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 date pitted
  • cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup unsweetened soy milk

  • In a blender add all ingredients together
  • Blend until smooth
  • Serve cold and enjoy!
