  • ½ cup beets peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup beet greens washed, stemmed, chopped
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 cup unsweetened soy milk

Instructions
 

  • In a blender add all ingredients together
  • Blend until smooth
  • Serve cold and enjoy!
