  • 1 cup spinach frozen
  • 1 banana
  • ½ avocado
  • ½ cup oats
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1.5 cups unsweetened soy milk

Instructions
 

  • In a blender add all ingredients together
  • Blend until smooth
  • Serve cold and enjoy!
