diced with skin removed

red grapes

diced with skin

frozen spinach

Instructions
Prepare ingredients by peeling and dicing beets into small cubes. Dice apples into small cubes too, but keep skin on.
Put all the ingredients into a high-speed blender in the order above (be sure to add the milk last).
Blend until smooth or you've reached your desired texture.
Pour into a cup and enjoy!
