Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup beet diced with skin removed
  • ½ cup red grapes
  • ¼ cup apple diced with skin
  • ¼ cup frozen spinach
  • ¼ cup strawberries
  • cup almonds
  • ½ cup soy milk

Instructions
 

  • Prepare ingredients by peeling and dicing beets into small cubes. Dice apples into small cubes too, but keep skin on.
  • Put all the ingredients into a high-speed blender in the order above (be sure to add the milk last).
  • Blend until smooth or you've reached your desired texture.
  • Pour into a cup and enjoy!
