  • ½ cup watermelon cubed
  • ½ cup frozen cherries
  • ½ cup tofu cubed
  • ½ cup soy milk
  • 1 tbsp hemp seed


  • In a blender or food processor, add the watermelon, cherries, tofu, hemp, soy milk and hemp seed.
  • Blend until smooth.
