Ingredients
  

  • cup large flake oats
  • 2 tbsp flaxseed ground
  • cup spinach packed
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • cup blueberries
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ avocado
  • 1 cup soy milk

Instructions
 

  • Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth to enjoy.
