Equipment

  • 1 Blender

Ingredients
  

  • ½ banana
  • 1 cup pineapple diced
  • ½ cup cucumber sliced
  • 1 tbsp chia seed
  • ½ tbsp tumeric
  • 1 cup soy milk

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender; I suggest adding the ingredients in the order mentioned above
  • Blend until all ingredients are well-mixed and you achieve a uniform product
  • Pour smoothie into a glass and enjoy!

* I highly recommend waiting a few days if your pineapple and banana are not well-ripened; using well-ripened fruits allows you to achieve a sweet final product without added sweeteners (like honey or maple syrup)
**Add slightly more milk or water if you prefer a thinner consistency
