Equipment

  • 1 Silicone Muffin Tin
  • 1 bowl

Ingredients

  • 2 cups large flaked rolled oats
  • 1 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate melted

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, combine the rolled oats, peanut butter, and maple syrup. Stir until the oats are evenly coated.

  • Freeze for 20-30 minutes, or until the chocolate is firm.
  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week, or freeze for up to 3 months.
