  • 2 cups frozen mixed berries
  • 1 banana
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened soy milk
  • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/3 cup hemp seeds
  • 1/3 cup cashews crushed

Optional Garnish

  • cinnamon
  • dollop of Greek yogurt

Instructions
