Ingredients
  

  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed ground
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions
 

  • Peel the banana and gather all the ingredients.
  • Combine the banana, pumpkin seeds, oats, pea protein powder, ground flaxseed, almond milk, and water/ice in a blender.
  • Blend on high until all ingredients are well combined and the mixture is smooth.
  •  Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately
