In a small saucepan over medium-high heat, cook the wild blueberries, stirring occasionally, until they start to break down and bubble (about 5 minutes). Use a spoon or potato masher to mash them to your preferred texture.
Stir in the chia seeds until well combined. The chia seeds will help thicken the jam naturally.
Remove from heat and let sit for 5 minutes. The jam will thicken as it cools.
