Ingredients
  

  • 2.5 cup wild blueberries frozen or fresh
  • 1.5 tbsp chia seeds

Instructions
 

  • In a small saucepan over medium-high heat, cook the wild blueberries, stirring occasionally, until they start to break down and bubble (about 5 minutes). Use a spoon or potato masher to mash them to your preferred texture.
  • Stir in the chia seeds until well combined. The chia seeds will help thicken the jam naturally.
  • Remove from heat and let sit for 5 minutes. The jam will thicken as it cools.
  • Transfer to a sealed container
