Chickpea Flour Snack Recipes – Top 10

I recently started using chickpea flour in my heart healthy diet, and wow, am I ever impressed.

I started with chickpea pizza dough, and then moved on to chickpea flour snack recipes!

That’s why I’ve compiled my favorite chickpea flour snack recipes below to provide some inspiration of how you can start incorporating this magical ingredient.

I knew that chickpeas are heart healthy, but I honestly didn’t think about using chickpeas as flour.

Chickpea flour is a gluten-free, grain-free flour that’s high in cholesterol-lowering plant protein, soluble fiber, and many vitamins and nutrients (1). It is a perfect ingredient to use if you are following the Portfolio diet to manage your blood cholesterol levels.

Chickpea flour gives snacks like baked goods an earthy flavor and satisfying texture. If you have trouble finding chickpea flour (also known as garbanzo bean flour) at your local grocery store then you can order it online.
